what maketh me?

As I see my freinds and foes
move ahead in life with highs and lows,
I wonder why I am still stuck behind
why am I always in a flashback and rewind?

Some one is an engineer from IIT
another a graduate from IIM-C
Am I the only one lost
with no focus and post?

Dad hunts for a good husband,
mum-advanced wants grandchildren
Brothers suggest plans-one by one,
while boyfriend assures he has some!

This fight I fight,
with all my might-
I don't know what I am yet
but what maketh me is yet to be set.
